Unlike ordinary industrial polyester resins, our cooling tower shell employs a flame-retardant, UV-stabilized isophthalic FRP laminate with a gel-coat thickness of 0.5 mm. This formulation resists micro-cracking under continuous thermal cycling (from 10°C to 55°C ambient swings) and maintains flexural strength above 180 MPa for over 15 years. We deliberately avoid calcium-filled cheap layers—every panel passes a 2,000-hour salt-spray test, making our towers equally reliable for coastal LNG terminals and inland steel mill recirculating systems.

Drift Elimination and Water Conservation Engineering

The "collecting type" designation is not cosmetic—it integrates a three-stage drift eliminator with a sinusoidal chevron profile, positioned just 300 mm above the air inlet. This geometry reduces water carryover to below 0.001% of circulating flow, even at 120% of design air velocity.
